We do our part by separating office waste and switching to recyclables where possible, but we also want to support systemic changes.

That is why MacPaw joined the Batteries, Get In! project in their efforts to establish separate collection of old batteries in Ukraine.

As part of the project, companies can sponsor the collection and recycling of used batteries for schools and other educational institutions by setting up collection boxes. Each box can hold up to 10 kg of batteries and saves about 8 000 m2 of land from being polluted by harmful chemicals. After the box is filled, the contents are picked up and prepared to be shipped abroad for the recycling process.
