Rescue operations are always a challenge. They take a lot of strength and effort. And can you imagine going out of your way to save someone who would very much like to bite or scratch you in return?

Adopt Don’t Stop is a charitable organization helping homeless animals. They sterilize stray cats and dogs in order to control the population. They also work on finding homes for the animals, and many cats and dogs have been adopted thanks to their work. MacPaw provided support for the organization, which allowed them to spay/neuter up to 100 animals a month. We want all the animals to be loved and pampered by their families rather than face the dangers of stray life.

How many pets are too many pets?Responsible pet owners always weigh the pros and cons before deciding to get another animal. The right approach here is to make sure that you’ll be able to provide all the necessary care.And what about responsible animal shelters? Of course, they, too, have their limitations. But they usually try to help as many animals as possible. And they do their utmost best to feed, treat illnesses, and find families for the strays.

MacPaw Foundation's work is not just about helping people and doing cool projects for the city, it is also about helping animals. And not just the little cute ones like cats and dogs. Unfortunately, many wild animals today are in need of rescue and rehabilitation. Especially those saved from circuses, zoos, and baiting stations.

Managing an animal shelter on a daily basis is a difficult task that requires a lot of planning and resources. And it becomes almost impossible in case of an emergency or disaster. In such situations, shelters need a lot of support to survive and continue their work.This happened to the Sirko’s House dog shelter in 2020.
